Dr. Callis has been in practice in Madison since 1994. The staff performs all aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic bonding, crowns, root canals, dentures, restore implants, whitening, veneers, prevention, and extractions. A true family practice, our patients range from age 2 to 102.
All insurances are accepted. We are participating members of Anthem, BCBS and Delta Dental.

ABOUT DR. CALLIS
Dr. Douglas Callis is a Connecticut native, and a proud graduate of University of Connecticut with a B.S in Genetics. Callis attended UConn Dental School with a year of residency at Hartford Hospital.
Callis is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA) , Shoreline Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the River Valley/Seattle Study Club. He regularly attends continuing education sessions, and has been the chairperson of the CSDA New Dentist Committee, and an active member of its Continuing Education Committee.
